Sweetsven is a cheerful character who embodies the joy of Swedish candy. With a love for fun and flavor, Sweetsven brings sweet treats from Sweden to candy lovers everywhere.
Where are you located?
We are based in Sweden – the land of candy lovers and iconic sweet traditions!
What kind of candy do you offer?
At Sweetsven, we offer all kinds of candy delights! From soft gummies, fizzy sour treats, and salty licorice to chocolate bites, foam candy, and classic hard candy – there's something for every taste. We carefully select sweets from Sweden and beyond to give you the ultimate candy experience.
Do you offer vegan candy?
Yes! Sweetsven has a sweet range of vegan-friendly candy. Just look for the “vegan” label when browsing, so you can enjoy treats without any animal ingredients – all the flavor, none of the compromise.
What do they contain?
All ingredients are clearly listed on the product pages for each type of candy. We want you to feel safe and informed about what you're eating – whether you have allergies, dietary preferences, or just like to know what’s in your sweets.
How do I keep the candy fresh?
To keep your candy fresh and tasty, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Make sure to keep the bag sealed or transfer the candy to an airtight container after opening. Most candy stays fresh for several weeks, but always check the best-before date on the packaging.

USING THE SITE AND MAKING ORDERS

What payment methods can I use?
Our most common payment method is Visa or Mastercad, but we offer some other options as well depending on your location, all processed securely via Mollie.
My payment didn't go through, what do I do?
Don’t worry — this can happen sometimes!

The most common reason is that the bank blocks the payment, especially for international orders. This could be due to things like security checks or fraud prevention systems.

Try again a little later, and if it still doesn’t work, we recommend contacting your bank to approve the transaction. They can usually fix it right away!
I got an error while ordering, but the money was deducted. What now?
Oh no! If you’ve been charged but something went wrong during checkout, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

In most cases, the order has gone through on our end, even if the website shows an error or takes you back to an empty cart.

Please wait a few minutes to see if you receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t get one, just reach out to us and we’ll sort it out right away.
Will I get an order confirmation when my payment goes through?
Yes — you should receive your order confirmation within a few minutes!

If you haven’t received it, make sure to check your spam or junk folders. Some email providers (like Gmail) may also sort it into a Promotions or Updates tab, so have a quick look there too.

How is my credit card data handled?
All payments on Sweet Sven are processed securely through Mollie, our trusted payment provider.

Your credit card details are encrypted and never stored by us. You can read more about Mollie at www.mollie.com.
What happens to my personal information?
Your privacy is important to us, and we handle your personal information with great care. We only use your data to process your order as efficiently and securely as possible.

We never share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent. However, in order to ensure smooth order handling, our trusted partners — such as payment providers and shipping companies — may receive parts of your contact details. We only share the minimum information necessary.

In addition to processing your order, your personal information may be used to offer you relevant marketing, like product recommendations or special offers we think you’ll enjoy.

You can always request details about what information we store about you — free of charge. Your data is stored in accordance with applicable laws, and if there’s no legal requirement to keep it, and it’s no longer needed for your purchase, you may request its deletion.

How do I search for a specific item?

Item out of stock — what can I do?
No worries! You’ve got a few options:

1. You can check back later to see if the item is back in stock — but honestly, there’s an easier way.

2. Just sign up for a stock alert on the product page, and we’ll send you an email as soon as it’s available again. Easy and efficient!

3. Still curious? Feel free to reach out to us and we’ll let you know when we expect to restock.

Whichever option you choose, we’re here to help!
What about discontinued products?
We know — it’s the worst when your favorite treat is no longer being made!

When a product is discontinued by the manufacturer, there’s unfortunately not much we can do to bring it back. But we’ll always try to point you toward something just as tasty.

If you search for a discontinued item on our site, we’ll automatically suggest a similar alternative we think you’ll love. And of course, you’re always welcome to contact us for personalized tips!
Placing an order
Here’s how to place an order on Sweet Sven:

1. Find the item you want, choose the quantity, and click Add to Cart. The cart icon is at the top right of the page.

2. In your cart, you’ll see an overview of your selected items. You can adjust the quantity using the + and – buttons. When you’re ready, click Proceed to Checkout.

3. In the checkout, fill in your details to view available shipping options. Choose the one that works best for you, then continue to enter your full shipping information.

4. Next, select your payment method. We accept Visa and Mastercard, processed securely through Mollie. Follow the steps to complete your payment — some banks may ask you to verify the transaction.

That’s it! You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after your order is placed.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden — the home of real Swedish candy!

We carefully pack each order to make sure your treats arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.
Do you ship your products to my country?
Not sure if we deliver to your country? Just add a few items to your cart and go to checkout.

If shipping is available, you’ll see your country listed among the options. If not, unfortunately we’re not able to ship there at the moment.

Before placing your order, we also recommend checking the next FAQ about customs and import rules for your country.
What import rules and customs regulations apply to my country?
Regarding import rules and customs regulations for your country, we kindly ask that you review what applies yourself, as Sweet Sven cannot provide this information.

You, as the buyer, are responsible for finding out what rules apply in your country regarding the import of candy and other goods. Any additional fees — such as customs duties and taxes — must be paid by you, the recipient. This responsibility lies fully with the customer.

Sweet Sven disclaims all responsibility for any reimbursement or sending of replacement goods if the items are seized by customs.
I'm travelling and want some products shipped to me — can I order to a hotel or a temporary address?
Yes, you can! We do allow deliveries to hotels and other types of temporary accommodation.

However, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. Delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control, especially when shipping internationally or over long distances.

If you're only staying for a limited time, there's always a risk the package arrives too late. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds if the delivery is unsuccessful due to your absence or an unreachable address during your stay.
So, what can delay my shipment?
While delays are rare, they can happen — and we want to be transparent about that.

Some possible causes include bad weather, machine or transport issues, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete address details, sorting errors, or internal delays at the warehouse.

That’s why our advertised delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. But rest assured — we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
When is my order being shipped?
Orders are usually shipped the same day or the next business day, depending on what time the order was placed.

Please note that for certain shipping providers, like PostNord, processing can sometimes take a bit longer.

In Sweden, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We also follow national holidays, during which shipping carriers don’t operate. For example, if you place an order on a Friday afternoon, it will likely be shipped the following Monday.

We always do our best to get your candy moving as quickly as possible!
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Delivery to PO boxes depends on the shipping provider and destination country. Some carriers may not deliver to PO boxes, especially if a signature is required.

We do our best to detect PO box addresses during checkout, but occasionally such orders may still be processed. If that happens and the shipment cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for either providing an alternative address or covering the cost of the return.

For the smoothest delivery experience, we strongly recommend using a standard street address whenever possible.
I entered the incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you’ve entered the wrong address by mistake, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or call +46 76 309 79 92.

Make sure to include your order number and let us know exactly what needs to be updated. We’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships!
Shipping providers – who are they and what do they offer?
At Sweet Sven, we primarily use UPS for our deliveries — fast, reliable, and with full tracking every step of the way.

UPS – Delivery Times

Outside the EU:

UPS Saver:
Fast and affordable. Delivery in 2–7 business days depending on destination.
Example: USA from 2 days, Asia from 3 days.

UPS Express:
Our fastest option. 2–7 business days depending on destination.

Within the EU & UK:

UPS Standard:
Reliable for less urgent deliveries. 2–5 business days depending on location.

UPS Saver:
Fast and affordable. 1–5 business days depending on destination. Often just 2 days for nearby countries.

UPS Express:
The fastest service within the EU. 1–3 business days, often next-day delivery depending on your location.

PostNord / Local Mail

We also offer delivery via PostNord or your local postal service. This is often a more affordable option, but tracking can vary a lot depending on your country.

Delivery usually takes 5–20 business days. Please note that tracking might not show updates until the package has arrived in the destination country — or even until it’s delivered. If you're confident it's in your country, try using the tracking number directly via your national postal service.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! At Sweet Sven, we offer free shipping within the EU and UK on orders over €80.

Your order will be shipped with either UPS or PostNord, depending on your location.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Just add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout — the exact shipping cost will be calculated and shown before you complete your order.
Are any taxes attached to importing the goods?
Taxes and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. We recommend that you research what applies in your location before placing an order.

While we do our best to provide accurate information, import rules can change at any time and may vary by region. It is always the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order complies with local laws.

EU:
No taxes apply when ordering tobacco-free products. At Sweet Sven, we offer free shipping on orders over €80 within the EU.

UK:
Orders under £135 are tax-free. Just like in the EU, we offer free shipping on orders over €80.

Rest of the world:
Your order may or may not be subject to tax depending on the total value and your country’s import regulations. We advise checking any restrictions or duties that may apply to importing nicotine-free products. AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED

I didn't receive an order confirmation.
You should receive your order confirmation within 24 hours.

If it hasn’t arrived yet, please check your spam or junk folder — sometimes emails get filtered there. Some providers, like Gmail, may also sort emails into Promotions or Updates tabs, so be sure to check those as well.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped from our warehouse yet, we can still cancel it for you.

Please contact us as soon as possible, because once the order is fully processed, we won’t be able to cancel it anymore.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to an order once it’s placed.

However, if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can cancel it so you can place a new one.

Please contact us as soon as possible, since we won’t be able to help once the order has been fully processed.
When will I receive tracking information?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information. If you haven't, make sure to check any additional folders through your email service provider. Some mailbox providers (including Gmail) have enabled filters that move newsletters into dedicated folders, so we recommend checking those and other filters you might have enabled. Let us know if you still can't find it and we'll make sure to extract whatever information you need.
Tracking hasn't changed in a while.
For UPS – If you haven’t seen any tracking updates for 72 hours or more, please contact us at [email protected] or call +46 76 309 79 92. We can then reach out to UPS and possibly start an investigation.

For PostNord – Tracking with PostNord or other local postal services varies a lot by region. Sometimes the tracking won’t update until the package is actually delivered, which in some cases (Australia, for example) can take weeks.

If you’re concerned your package may be lost, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll look into it.
I haven't received my package.
Unfortunately, we cannot track every single package individually, and sometimes deliveries take longer than expected.

The best thing to do is to contact us at [email protected] or call +46 76 309 79 92. We’ll help you find out why your package hasn’t arrived yet and work on a solution.
I received my package but some products are missing / I received the wrong items.
We’re only human, and sometimes mistakes happen. If that’s the case, please send us a photo of the items you received along with the packaging to [email protected]. We’ll take it from there and make sure it gets sorted out as quickly as possible.
My package is damaged.
While we do our best to prevent this, sometimes packages can get damaged during transit.

If this happens, please keep the original packaging for inspection and contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items. We’ll work quickly to find a solution.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns.
