Dulcia Sweden AB, corporate identity number: 559517-4839 is a Swedish limited liability company ("Dulcia") operating the website Sweetsven.com. Via this website you can buy goods from Dulcia.
These general terms and conditions apply when you visit the website and or place an order via the website.
Dulcia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these general terms and conditions (including price adjustments or surcharges) at any time without notice, notice period or the like. If these general terms and conditions change, the amended version will be made available via sweetsven.com and the date specified in the "last updated" will be adjusted. It is the customer's obligation to read the terms and conditions every time the customer visits and or orders.
SweetSven ships all products from Sweden using trusted carriers such as UPS and PostNord. Most orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordering and importing candy is permitted in their country or region. SweetSven is not responsible for local import restrictions, customs regulations, or additional charges that may apply.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence. If you are of legal age and have minor dependents, you also confirm that you have given them permission to use this site under your supervision.
We reserve the right to change or cancel orders if incorrect pricing, product information, or other errors (including typographical errors) have occurred.
Shipping & Liability
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and the destination country. Orders are dispatched once all items are available – we do not ship partial orders.
Please note that we do not guarantee dispatch or delivery within a specific timeframe. While we always strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Once your order has left our warehouse, SweetSven cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SweetSven is no longer responsible for the shipment. At that point, the risk of loss, damage, or delay is transferred to the customer.
If a package is lost, the customer is responsible for contacting both SweetSven and the shipping provider within the timeframe specified by the carrier to initiate an investigation or resolution process. SweetSven is not liable for lost or delayed shipments once the order has been dispatched.
SweetSven is not responsible for any errors made by the customer when placing an order — including, but not limited to, incorrect shipping addresses, product selections, or payment information. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all order details before confirming the purchase.
Some shipping providers are unable to ship to PO box addresses. If a PO box is entered at checkout, SweetSven is not responsible for any potential delivery issues that may arise. The customer will be required to provide an alternative address or cover any return shipping costs incurred if this does indeed occur.
Delivery to temporary addresses or while traveling cannot be guaranteed within a specific timeframe. Therefore, SweetSven cannot offer a refund for orders that could not be delivered due to the customer not being present at the address provided at checkout.
Import rules
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that our products are allowed to be imported into your country. You are also responsible for complying with any local laws, import restrictions, or regulations that may apply.
Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges upon arrival. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the products are properly declared in your country, and you are solely responsible for covering any such costs.
SweetSven (Dulcia Sweden AB) does not pay customs fees, import taxes, or other surcharges that may arise when the products enter your country. We also do not provide information about local laws, regulations, or fees related to import. It is your responsibility to check this with the appropriate authority in your country before placing an order.
If you choose not to pay any import-related fees and your order is held by customs, we do not offer refunds or compensation. This also applies if the shipment is returned to us.
The same policy applies if you refuse to accept the delivery or fail to collect it in time. Due to the nature of our products, returned items cannot be resold. We reserve the right to charge you for any shipping or return costs that may arise as a result of an unclaimed or rejected order.
Returns
Orders / shipments cannot be returned due to the sensitivity of the products and that returned products cannot be resold.
Payment
Payment is made in advance by card. Invicta is not responsible for any exchange fees from your bank or card supplier that may arise from a purchase.
